Our Helpline is operated by paid staff and disabled parent volunteers.
It can be used by disabled people who are parents or who hope to become parents, and their families, friends as well as professionals and others with an interest in our work.

We are currently training new staff and volunteers and hope to operating the Helpline from 10am to 4pm Monday-Friday in the very near future. Currently, availability of staff and volunteers can vary, but when telephone lines are closed or busy, please leave a message with your name, number and briefly tell us what you are calling about. One of our team will return your call or email as soon as they are able to.
Christmas Service We will be operating a limited service during the festive season, but will aim to return any calls within 3-4 days, so please leave a message if no one is available when you call.
The Helpline will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Full service will resume on Monday 5 January 2009, when the Helpline will be available 10am-4pm Monday to Thursday.
