Development Worker – Support Services

£25,000 per annum

Disabled Parents Network, a National Organisation of disabled people who are parents, has received a four year grant from the Big Lottery Fund. Among other things, this grant will enable us to increase the capacity of the DPN Support Services, including our Helpline, operated via a Virtual Call Centre. We are looking for a full-time Development Worker to take the project forward.

The successful applicant will have empathy with disabled people who are parents, and will be well-organised, efficient and flexible and enjoy working under pressure with a wide variety of people.

This post will be home based. We would particularly welcome applications from disabled people with parenting experience.
