DPN Support Service

Our Support Service - previously often referred to as simply our 'helpline' - is operated by paid staff and disabled parent volunteers.

It started out as a telephone helpline, but has grown and developed to embrace new technologies, and we can now be contacted by email as well as phone. We are currently trialling a text messaging and live-chat service.

The Support Service can be used by disabled people who are parents or who hope to become parents. It can also support disabled parents’ families & friends as well as professionals and others with an interest in our work. This is a confidential service which offers support, advice and information, as well as signposting when required.

The Support Service Team are available:
10am-4pm Monday-Friday
7pm-9pm Wednesdays

(closed for training on the first Friday of each month)

Phone: 0300 3300 639 Email: supportservice@disabledparentsnetwork.org.uk
